Villa Verde is a six-bedroom beachfront villa set directly on Conchas Chinas Beach, about two miles south of downtown Puerto Vallarta. The 11,000-square-foot house is built for indoor-outdoor living, with an open-air living and dining area under a soaring palapa roof of thatched palm, natural stone walls, exposed brick and classic Puerto Vallarta coastal architecture.
The main level opens onto a large ocean-view terrace with a heated pool, lounge areas and outdoor dining, and steps lead down to a sandy beach, with beach toys provided. The house is set over several levels, from the main pool terrace down to a lower terrace.
A full staff is included: a chef for two meals a day (except Sundays), a dessert chef, a waiter and bartender, daily housekeeping, a gardener and pool attendant, and a villa manager and concierge. Food and drinks are not included in the rate.
The living and dining areas are open-air under the palapa roof, flowing straight onto the pool terrace. There are six full bathrooms plus a guest bathroom on the main level, smart TVs for streaming your own accounts, and Wi-Fi throughout.
An ocean-view terrace with a heated pool (heated to about 84°F from November 1 to April 30), lounge areas and outdoor dining sits on the main level, above the sand of Conchas Chinas Beach. Beach toys are provided.
Six bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans and a safe, for up to 12 guests (maximum two per bedroom). The villa rents as five or six bedrooms.
