Everything at Villa Punta Sam opens onto one main space: an open kitchen, dining room, living room and bar running straight out to the infinity pool and jacuzzi, with the Caribbean beyond. It is a house designed for a group that likes to be together, with a rooftop terrace for dinners and sunsets, a sports bar, a games and movie room, and an outdoor living area under a palapa.

The villa sits on a rocky stretch of the Costa Mujeres coast behind a band of native vegetation. A path leads down to a small private beach area with chairs, umbrellas and a fire pit for beach barbecues, and kayaks, paddleboards and snorkel gear are on hand. There is a ramp for jet skis and small boats, and access to dock facilities for yacht charters.

The chef works twelve hours a day. Guests choose dishes from a menu and pay for the ingredients plus a service fee, or can upgrade to an all-day food and open-bar program. Your written quote sets out exactly which applies.
