Casa Marazul is a modern home of just under 1,000 square metres (10,764 sq ft) behind the gates of Playa Mujeres. The open living, dining and kitchen space runs through floor-to-ceiling windows onto a sunny terrace, a private pool and a tropical garden. Two suites are on the ground floor and two upstairs, each with its own bathroom, and there is a fully equipped gym and a steam room.
The beach is a short stroll away: a quiet stretch of white sand shared by the community’s homes, with a palapa, and a residents’ beach club with a pool, jacuzzi and loungers. Water sports such as parasailing, jet skis and diving can be booked on the beach.
A chef works 12 hours a day and cooks breakfast and other meals to order; groceries are bought for you and charged at cost plus a shopping fee. A maid comes daily and the gardener during the week. Round-trip airport transfers are included.
