Villa Iyari A2 is a four-bedroom residence in Iyari, inside the gates of Punta Mita, arranged over two floors, with a maximum occupancy of ten guests. Every bedroom is en suite with a king bed, and the living areas run out to a terrace with a private heated plunge pool.
Two of the four bedrooms open onto their own terraces with ocean views. The other two sit inward with tropical outlook rather than water — worth knowing when a group is deciding who takes which room.
Daily housekeeping is included, along with concierge service and a four-passenger golf cart for getting around the resort. The kitchen is fully equipped for private dining, and food, beverage and grocery delivery can be arranged at additional cost.
