Casa Patron is one of the newer houses in Punta Mita, finished in 2024 inside Iyari Estates, a gated community steps from Playa Iyari, a secluded cove with soft sand and clear water. The owner describes private access to the beach. The terraces have open ocean views, with lounge and dining areas outside, a private plunge pool and an outdoor hot tub.

Service is the strong point. A private chef cooks to the group’s preferences, and a butler, a personal concierge and daily housekeeping are included. The kitchen is stocked for arrival. Inside there is air conditioning in every room, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, Sonos sound and a washer and dryer.

Of the five bedrooms, two have king beds, two have two queen beds each and one has two bunk beds, which makes it a natural fit for a family with children or two families traveling together. The bunk room is best for kids.
