Villa Eden is a six-bedroom villa inside Puntacana Resort, on the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic, about 15 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport. It sleeps twelve, with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom in every bedroom, plus a half bathroom.

The house is modern and white, with double-height living spaces, timber ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass onto a tropical garden. Outside, a long private pool runs past the terrace, and a 3 x 3 metre screen at its far end turns the pool deck into an outdoor cinema at night.

It suits families and groups who want plenty to do without leaving the house: a private gym, billiards, a karaoke system, a basketball area and a mini-golf practice green, along with a barbecue area and a separate outdoor kitchen for paella. Open, layered interiors

The ground floor is open and double-height, with a floating timber staircase, glass walls onto the garden and a dining table for twelve. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster and ice maker.

The first floor holds three bedrooms and a fully equipped private gym. Every bedroom has a TV and a safe, and the house has air conditioning, wifi, a washer and dryer, and a desk for anyone who needs to work.

02 — Outdoor & Pool

Designed for the day outside

A long, narrow private pool runs the length of the garden and is lit at night, with a 3 x 3 metre outdoor cinema screen at its end. A covered terrace holds a second dining table and a lounge with a billiards table and karaoke.

Around the house there is a barbecue area, an outdoor paella kitchen, a picnic spot in the palm grove, a basketball area and a mini-golf practice green.

Yes. Every reservation carries a US$3,000 security deposit, returned four days after check-out provided there is no damage to the villa or its contents. We confirm the full payment terms with you before anything is paid.

Is a chef included?

No. A head chef can be added at extra cost, as can a grocery shopping service and a premium bar service with bottles charged separately. Cleaning and housekeeping are included. Tell us which meals you want covered and we will get pricing from the owner.

Villa Eden is not on the beach. Playa Blanca is about eight minutes away and Punta Cana International Airport about 15 minutes, roughly 4 km. Private transport can be arranged at extra cost, and a six-seat golf cart is available for getting around the resort.
