Jardines 8 is a five-bedroom villa inside Puntacana Resort, the gated resort community on the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic. It sleeps ten, every bedroom has its own bathroom, and an extra half bathroom serves the living areas.

The house is built around a large private pool. Glass doors open the double-height living room, with its vaulted white ceiling, onto a covered terrace set up as a second living and dining room, and a lawn and tropical garden wrap around the rest.

Guests have access to the resort’s restaurants, bars and beaches, which the owner lists as Playa Blanca, Tortuga Bay, Corales and La Cana, and a 24/7 concierge can arrange excursions, tee times, transfers and in-villa services. Open, layered interiors

The main living space is open-plan and double-height under a vaulted white ceiling, with a long dining table and sliding glass doors to the terrace and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave, freezer, blender and coffee maker, and there is a separate indoor dining area.

Air conditioning runs through every bedroom, with ceiling fans as well. The house has wifi, TVs, and an iron and board.
