— Set within the exclusive gated community of Cap Cana, Villa Cayuco 9 looks onto the Punta Espada golf course and sits close to Juanillo and Api beaches, the marina and the resort's restaurants. Guests enjoy privacy and resort access in equal measure, with the coast a short golf-cart ride away.
Villa Cayuco 9 is a six-bedroom villa in the gated Cap Cana community, overlooking the Jack Nicklaus Signature Punta Espada golf course. Built for large groups, it sleeps up to sixteen across six en-suite bedrooms and pairs thatched-roof outdoor pavilions with a private pool, hot tub and swim-up bar. A gym and a games room add space for the whole group, and guests have resort access to the beaches, marina and restaurants of Cap Cana.
The ground floor holds an air-conditioned living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an island, alongside a private gym. Upstairs, a theatre and games room gives the group a second gathering space, and every bedroom is air-conditioned with a private bathroom.
Thatched pavilions with polished stone floors frame the outdoor living areas, furnished for lounging and dining. A private pool, hot tub and swim-up bar sit at the centre of the grounds, with sun-lounger terraces around them.
Six en-suite bedrooms sleep up to sixteen: two king suites, three rooms with two queen beds, and a bunk room for younger guests. Each is air-conditioned with cable TV.
