Villa Juanillo 25 is a six-bedroom beachfront estate on Juanillo Beach in the gated Cap Cana community. Its Mediterranean-Moorish design brings terracotta vaulted ceilings and blue-framed windows to a home that opens directly onto a private stretch of sand. Six en-suite bedrooms sleep up to twelve, and the outdoor living areas run under arched pavilions to a lawn that meets the beach. Guests have resort access to the marina, restaurants and Api Beach.
The interiors were furnished by the owners in marble, hardwood, stone and leather, under terracotta-brick vaulted ceilings. All six bedrooms are en-suite with a TV and air conditioning, and two open to private balconies with ocean views.
Outdoor living runs under the estate’s arches, with alfresco dining, rattan seating and a lawn that meets a private sandy beach. Sun loungers line the water’s edge for swimming and lounging.
