Villa Ana Flamands is a five-bedroom villa set directly on Flamands Beach, with the pool and terrace facing the ocean. The main living area has a bar, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen suited to a private chef, opening onto a covered outdoor lounge and dining terrace. The heated pool runs along the front and side of the villa, with sun loungers and parasols on the pool deck.

Bedrooms are set in a separate building: three on the upper level, including two with private terraces and bay views and a smaller room suited to teens, and two on the ground floor, each with a terrace and garden views. All five bedrooms are air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms; three include a bathtub. One bedroom’s terrace also has a private jacuzzi. A fitness room with Technogym equipment is on the lower level.

Daily concierge assistance, airport meet-and-greet, and housekeeping (except Sundays and holidays) are included; private chefs, butlers, and provisioning are available on request.

Five air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are split between a lower level (Bedrooms 1–2, each with a terrace and garden view) and an upper level (Bedrooms 3–5). Bedrooms 3 and 4 have private terraces and bay views; Bedroom 5 is a smaller room suited to teens, without a terrace. Bedrooms 1, 3, and 4 have a bathtub in addition to the walk-in shower; Bedroom 1’s terrace also has a private jacuzzi.
