Uvas Condo 2 is a three-bedroom oceanfront condo at Villa Las Uvas, on the south shore of Cozumel in Quintana Roo.
The south shore runs alongside one of the world’s largest coral reef systems, which is what brings divers and snorkellers to this side of the island. Kayaking and sailing are available from Uvas beach in front of the complex, Chankanaab National Underwater Park is about a fifteen-minute walk away, and downtown Cozumel is roughly ten minutes by car.
The condo has central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen televisions and a spacious balcony. A local US telephone line is provided, so calls home do not depend on a mobile plan. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, and a meal service can be arranged at additional cost.
Guests have use of the complex shared areas: the swimming pool, the fenced beach area on the water, the rooftop palapa, the barbecue and the parking. The unit has its own private entrance, and is fitted with a smoke detector, a carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher.
