Sunrise Villa takes thirty-one guests in eight bedrooms, which is the highest guest-to-bedroom ratio in our Los Cabos portfolio and worth understanding before you book. Twenty-six of those sleep in fixed beds, mostly paired queens; the remaining five are on sofa sleepers built into three of the suites. For a large family reunion or a group travelling with teenagers that works very well and costs far less per head than the equivalent bedroom count. For thirty-one adults expecting a bed each it does not. The house sits in Pedregal minutes from downtown and the marina, with a waterfall pool and jacuzzi on an ocean-facing deck, a large covered sitting area and a barbecue. The upper suites carry full ocean views; the lower level is partial. Private chef service can be added.
