Full-height glass frames the water through the main living areas, finished in local stone and hardwood rather than a generic beach-house look. The living room is arranged around a large central seating group with room to circulate, and the dining space takes the full twenty-two at one table — which many houses at this capacity quietly cannot.

The infinity pool is the visual centre, set so it merges with the sea from the main terrace. Several separate terraces give the property more than one outdoor room, which is what stops twenty-two people orbiting a single deck. The private sand runs directly off the property.
