A media room provides a second gathering space, and the kitchen is built for full group meals rather than light cooking. The guest house carries its own living space rather than being a bedroom annexe.

The pool terrace overlooks the bay, with a full outdoor kitchen and dining area for meals outside. Wide terraces and a shaded lounge spread the group across the grounds instead of concentrating eighteen people around one pool — which is the practical difference between a large house that works and one that feels crowded.
