Private Paradise is the house for a group of 24 that wants to be looked after. It sits on its own private waterfront inside Cozumel’s Marine Park, minutes from the airport, and it comes with a full staff: a villa manager, a concierge, a butler, a bartender and waiter, a chef’s assistant, a gardener and a housekeeping team with daily turndown, most of them on eight-hour days.
Meals are the centre of the stay. Rotating chefs cook breakfast, lunch and dinner on site under a meal plan that is required for every booking, so no two evenings are the same and nobody in the group is cooking. Three alternate dinners off site are planned into the week.
Nine bedrooms across two buildings take the 24. The Sunset Building holds five second-floor rooms, all with king beds, two of them ocean-facing, one with a king plus two bunk beds for children, and one pair sharing a bathroom. The Sunrise Building holds four: a king with Murphy bed on the second floor, two ocean-view kings with Murphy beds on the third, and a penthouse king with a bathtub and ocean view. Every room has air-conditioning, a TV, a safe, bathrobes and Wi-Fi.
The waterfront does the rest. A heated infinity pool with an ocean view and a heated swim-up bar, a 250-foot waterslide, overwater lounging nets, a seaside spa, private beach loungers and an outdoor cinema. Complimentary snorkelling gear and paddleboards, a rooftop deck, a fire pit, volleyball and a giant chessboard. For families there is Camp Coz Family Castle, cribs, high chairs, beach toys and children’s life jackets.
Inside: a home movie theatre, a bar and lounge, a guest office with printer, an indoor-outdoor speaker system, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen operated by the staff.
For a milestone birthday, a family reunion or a group that has outgrown every other house on the island, this is the estate. Enquire for availability.
