All six bedrooms are en-suite, and the main bedroom has its own ocean-facing terrace. With 16 guests across six rooms, several bedrooms take more than two people, which suits families with children or two households together rather than eight couples. Blackout shades are standard in every room.

The pool deck is sized for the full group: an infinity pool, hot tubs, loungers and outdoor dining, with the sand directly beyond. Inside, glass doors span the living area and open fully onto the deck, with local stone accents and high ceilings. A separate media room gives part of the group somewhere to split off.
