Palma y Arco is a Moroccan-inspired private retreat in Region 15, Tulum, near La Veleta. Riad-style architecture, soft arches, textured walls, lush greenery and warm natural materials frame fourteen private suites, shared courtyards, a rooftop sky pool and an event patio. Built for groups, retreats and celebrations, it comes with a dedicated concierge, daily housekeeping, maintenance and nightly security, and guests have private use of the entire property.

01 — Indoor Living

Open, layered interiors

Every suite is private and self-contained, with a king bed, its own bathroom and a kitchenette or kitchen area, so the group can spread out and still come together in the shared spaces. Air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace, a washer, a Bluetooth sound system and board games are provided. There is no large commercial-style kitchen for cooking for the whole group, so full-group meals are planned with a chef team at additional cost.

The social life of the villa happens outdoors: a swimming pool, a rooftop sky pool with jungle views and sun loungers, courtyard-style gathering areas and an event patio. There is an outdoor kitchen with sink and oven, an outdoor dining area and a BBQ grill. The six penthouse suites each have a private rooftop with a bathtub and sunbed. Beach essentials and snorkeling gear are provided.

Fourteen bedrooms, each with a king bed and a private bathroom with shower, sleep up to 28, plus a half bathroom in the shared areas. All beds are kings, so guests share in pairs; there are no twin beds.
