Maison de Cortes is a seven-bedroom house minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas that sleeps twenty, which is a higher count than the bedroom number suggests because several rooms carry dual kings or custom bunks. The architecture is contemporary with a French-Moroccan hand, and the provision inside is unusually complete: a wine cellar, a gourmet kitchen backed by a separate full butler’s kitchen, a fitness room, a sauna and a dedicated home theatre. Two terraces rather than one give the house two distinct outdoor characters. The main-floor terrace has covered and open lounges, a pool and jacuzzi, a pizza oven and a teppanyaki grill; the lower terrace has its own bar, lounge and a second infinity pool with a sunbathing ledge. A bonus bunk room with a twin-over-queen adds flexibility beyond the seven suites.

Two terraces with genuinely different characters. The main-floor terrace carries covered and open lounges, a pool and jacuzzi, a pizza oven, a teppanyaki grill and a sea-facing deck. The lower terrace has its own bar, a lounge area and a second infinity pool with a sunbathing ledge and wide ocean views. Two pools across two levels means a group of twenty can split between the party deck and the quiet one.

Seven suites plus a bonus bunk room, sleeping twenty across 8.5 bathrooms, with two twin rollaways available on request. The Conquistador primary has a California king, an ocean-view terrace and a spa bathroom with a double rainfall shower and jacuzzi. Further king and dual-king suites carry private bathrooms and Smart TVs. Flexible rooms pair a king with custom bunk beds or add a full kitchen, and a mountain-view king completes the seven. The bonus bunk room holds a twin over a queen.
