What there is instead is calm protected bay water directly off the property, with kayaks and paddleboards included, so getting out on the water is a decision made over breakfast rather than a tour booked a week earlier.

Six bedrooms, five of them en-suite, sleep up to twelve across five and a half bathrooms — a smaller footprint than the seven- and nine-bedroom estates nearby, which makes this a single-family or two-or-three-couple house rather than a multi-household reunion. A private pool and spa sit under a palapa-covered terrace, and limestone and glass keep the bay in view from most of the living space.
