A private pool and spa sit under a palapa-covered terrace — built shade rather than an umbrella — with planting that keeps the deck usable through the afternoon. Kayaks and paddleboards launch straight from the property, which is the main reason to be on a bay rather than a beach.

Six bedrooms, five en-suite, for up to twelve guests across five and a half bathrooms. The primary has its own terrace facing the bay. The scale suits one family or two to three couples; larger groups should look at the neighbouring estate with the standalone guest house instead.

Five of the six, with five and a half bathrooms across the house.

Would this suit a large multi-family group?
