Open, layered interiors

One open volume holds the living room, dining table and kitchen, with high ceilings that keep a full house of 16 from feeling stacked on top of each other. Glass doors run the length of the water side, so the dock and pool stay in view from the sofa and from the stove. The kitchen is the working heart of the house rather than a showpiece — this is a property where groups cook, because the alternative is a drive.

Designed for the day outside

The pool deck and the dock are a single continuous space, not two separate amenities at opposite ends of a lawn. That matters in practice: you can come off a boat, cross the deck and be in the pool without going through the house. A shaded dining setting on the deck handles evening meals, and there is a grill for the days nobody wants to cook inside.

Can we tie up a boat during our stay?

Yes — the private dock is the property’s defining feature. Tell your concierge the vessel size and dates and we will confirm what the dock accommodates before you commit to a charter.

Is there sand at the property?

No. This is a dock-and-pool property, not a beach house. If your group wants to walk onto sand from the door, we will point you to a beachfront villa instead.

How should we plan meals?

Cook more than you would elsewhere. The kitchen is sized for it, there is a grill on the deck, and we can stock the house or bring in a chef for the nights you would rather not.

Does 16 guests actually fit comfortably?

Sixteen is the maximum across five bedrooms, so some rooms take three or four. Groups of ten to twelve have the easiest time here. Send us your rooming list and we will tell you honestly whether it works.
