Limestone runs unbroken from the entry through living, dining and kitchen, with no interior walls dividing them — one long room facing the water down one side. The furniture is arranged as two zones rather than one crowded layout: seating for the group, and a dining table sized for a full house of fourteen.
The private pool sits on the terrace nearest the house, with the dock running out past it toward open water. Outdoor dining is under cover, so lunch does not depend on where the sun happens to be. Because the dock doubles as the swim entry, nobody walks anywhere to snorkel — gear on, off the back steps, in.

No. Water access is from the private dock rather than sand. You swim and snorkel straight off it. If your group wants a beach at the door we will move you to a beachfront house.
Both sit on the same rear terrace and are sized for the full group. In practice people spread between them rather than all using one.
Snorkelling from the dock is a confirmed feature of the property; gear is not guaranteed. Tell us your group size and we will arrange hire before you arrive.
Some rooms take three or four. It suits one extended family better than several separate households. Send us the rooming list and we will confirm it works before you commit.
