Hacienda Los Milagros occupies a beachfront lot in Ranchos, one of Punta Mita’s residential sections, where the estate’s grounds run straight onto a private stretch of white sand. The architecture celebrates Mexican craft, with courtyards, handmade Tonala tiles and artisan details throughout. It is never shared: the owners rent it only as a full buyout, one group at a time.

The ten suites are spread across three residences: the Residencia Principal, the Casa Grande and the Bungalo. Beds are a mix of kings, two ocean-view kings, rooms with two queens and a room with four twins, which suits a multigenerational family or a group with children. Some suites have outdoor showers, and one first-floor oceanfront king has a covered terrace and a double indoor shower. Because the suites are split across three buildings, there are stairs and short walks between them.

The grounds are built for a long stay. There is a 23-meter artisan-tiled pool with a hot tub, outdoor showers and shaded loungers, a full-service spa with therapists, a cinema, a cocktail bar, an indoor-outdoor fitness center and a jungle yoga deck.

A private kitchen brigade cooks with local ingredients and can build menus around the group, and housekeeping staff run the house. A private yacht fleet is available for days on the water, and the Punta Mita community adds golf, tennis and member beach clubs.
