Two things define it. The first is service: a house manager runs the residence, with a private chef, a concierge, a butler and daily housekeeping, so meals and plans are handled for the group. Food, beverages and extras are quoted separately.
The second is wellness. Alongside the infinity pool there is a lap pool for real swimming, a fitness studio with Pilates equipment, a separate yoga studio and a private garden jacuzzi, which suits retreat groups as much as family reunions.
The architecture is contemporary, in stone and glass, set in landscaped grounds with a lily pond at the entrance, timber boardwalks through the gardens and a wide lawn running down toward the ocean.
A glass-walled entrance opens beyond a lily pond. Inside, stone walls, pale floors and large windows keep the rooms bright and connected to the gardens. The house has a gourmet kitchen for the chef, a private cinema, a fitness studio with Pilates equipment and a separate yoga studio.
Terraces face the ocean, with a lap pool running out toward the beach and an infinity pool beside it. A long covered dining table seats a big group, and the grounds include a broad lawn, gravel gardens crossed by timber boardwalks, and a jacuzzi in a secluded garden.
