Brick-domed ceilings, tile floors and stone detailing under warm, classically styled living areas. The main spaces are generous and open onto the terraces, keeping the Pacific view and the light central, with a well-equipped kitchen serving the house. All five bedrooms are ensuite, and several are arranged as casitas or rooms with their own separate entrances.

Shaded patios and terraces built around a private swimming pool, with several distinct spots to sit, eat and take in the view. The entire outdoor space faces the Pacific, so sunset is the fixed point of the day, whether from the pool or one of the patio dining areas. There is enough room for a group of thirteen to split between sun and shade.

Five ensuite bedrooms sleeping thirteen across six bathrooms. The primary is a king suite. A casita adds a king plus a twin sofa sleeper with its own entrance, balcony and ocean view. A third room holds two double beds with a terrace. A fourth converts between a king and two twins and adds a daybed. The fifth has two twins and opens onto the pool level. Several suites have separate entrances.
