Several terraces built for gathering, with a heated pool and hot tub on the main deck and seating positioned for the hillside and ocean views. The layout moves easily between inside and out, and the west-facing aspect makes the terraces the natural place for sunset. One of the lower-level suites has its own outdoor shower.

Four king bedrooms sleeping eight across 3.5 bathrooms, each themed around Mexican art and landscape. The Milagro primary has an ocean view, a private bathroom with double vanities and its own terrace. The Frida suite has a private bathroom with a hand-painted sink. The two lower-level suites, Del Mar and Baja, each have a separate entrance and terrace but share a bathroom between them, with Baja adding an outdoor shower. Allocate those two to people who do not mind sharing.
