— A quieter residential part of Méribel, about three minutes by car from La Chaudanne and five from the centre; a 10 to 15-minute walk on foot. A bus stop is four minutes away up a steep road.
Etoile des Neiges is laid out around families with children of different ages: a master suite on a floor of its own, a family suite with a sofa bed, and a dormitory with four single beds for the children. Natural wood and good soft furnishings keep it warm rather than showy.
It is a drive-to-ski address — about three minutes to La Chaudanne — with a bus stop four minutes away up a steep road. A sunny terrace with a hot tub and a sauna beside the ski room cover the after-ski hours.
The kitchen, dining table and sitting room share one space around a fireplace, lit by big picture windows. The table seats 12, with a breakfast nook beside the modern kitchen. A sauna sits next to the ski room, so it can be used straight off the slopes.
A sunny terrace with an outdoor hot tub, and a balcony looking over the valley; most bedrooms have their own balcony. Two indoor and two outdoor parking spaces, an EV charging point, and outdoor stairs down to the ski room.
Six bedrooms for 10 adults and four children. The master suite takes a whole floor, with its own terrace and a bathroom with bath and separate shower. A top-floor family suite has a double or twin plus a sofa bed and shower room. Downstairs are a double/twin with balcony, two doubles with balconies and shower rooms, and a children’s dormitory with four singles, a balcony and shower room.
