00 — Overview

Alpaca has far more shared space than six bedrooms usually bring: 930 m² over four floors on an elevated plot along Route des Chalets, with panoramic views over the Méribel valley. Outside, a heated pool, a copper hot tub and a fire pit sit on the south-facing terrace. Inside are a spa with sauna and hammam, a gym, a cinema with a high-quality sound system, a games room with pool table and pinball, and a dedicated indoor climbing room.

It is offered fully serviced, with a separate chef’s kitchen and an independent staff apartment.

The main living space

A double-height main lounge in stone, timber and glass, with full-height windows onto the terrace, a central open fire and a bar beside the seating. Dining for 10 sits by the windows, and the chef works in a separate kitchen. Upstairs are a second lounge with an open fire, a library and an office. The lower floors hold a cinema room, a games room with pool table and pinball, an indoor climbing room, and a spa with sauna, hammam, rain shower, massage room and small gym.

First floor: a double with desk, balcony and shower room, and two twin/doubles with balconies. Lower floor: a terrace-access twin/double that links to a four-bunk room as a family suite, useful for parents with young children or a nanny. A staff apartment has separate access.
