Two distinct living areas, one with grand double-height windows and one with televisions and deep sofas, which is the practical answer to housing eighteen people who want different things at the same hour. A gourmet kitchen, a bar area and formal dining sized for the full group. Ensuite bedrooms throughout, air conditioning, water purification, Wi-Fi and satellite and Apple TV. Curated art and stone detailing run through the house.

02 — Outdoor & Pool

A pool terrace built around a heated ocean-view infinity-edge pool with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, day beds and a barbecue area. The nearby cove is considered safe for swimming and Palmilla Beach is a short walk from the villa, so this is one of the few houses in the portfolio where the sea is genuinely part of the day rather than the view.

Sleeping for 18

Seven suites sleeping eighteen, five kings and four queens across the house, all ensuite with Smart TVs. The primary has a king, ocean view and an ensuite with a jacuzzi tub and shower. A second king has an ocean view and terrace. Two suites carry two queen beds each with a reading nook. Three further kings complete the house, two with ocean views. Most rooms look at either the sea or the mountains.
