Inside, the open-plan living area has large sliding doors facing the ocean, oak flooring, hand-finished plaster and local stone, along with a climate-controlled dining area and a media lounge. Outside are a private pool, a teak deck, landscaped garden paths, loungers and shaded dining areas. Air conditioning, wifi, parking and security are in place, housekeeping and concierge support are available, and a private chef can be arranged.
