This is a house for very large groups: multi-generation reunions, milestone birthdays or a full buyout for two or three families. Twelve bedrooms and twelve bathrooms cover up to 24 guests, and the private dock means boat days start at the property.
Meals are full board with a private chef, and concierge service is part of the setup. A signature feature is the water-garden dining area, which gives the group a distinctive setting for dinners. Events and larger gatherings require owner approval, so share your plans when you inquire.
Inside, large living rooms, a formal dining room and a well-equipped kitchen are scaled for a full house. Floor-to-ceiling glass faces the ocean. The estate also has a home theater, a wine cellar and a gym.
The infinity pool overlooks the sea, with lawns and gardens stepping down to the private beach and dock. Outdoor meals can be set in the water-garden dining area, and spa services are available on request.
Eight bedrooms each have a king bed. Two more have two queens each, one has two full beds and one has a single full bed, which handles children, teens or single travelers well. Twelve bathrooms serve the twelve bedrooms.
