Casa Caleton is one of the few Casa de Campo homes that can take a party of 24 under one roof. It is built for large multi-family gatherings and corporate retreats.
Because it has its own beach, the group does not need to share a resort beach, and the infinity pool sits above the sand. A gym, home theater and wine cellar give the group options when they are not at the water.
Daily housekeeping and concierge support are included. A personal chef is booked separately and quoted with the villa. Events and larger functions need the owner’s approval.
Open-plan lounges look out over the beach. At this size there is room for several groups to be doing different things at once, whether in the home theater, the gym or the main living areas.
The private beach and infinity pool are the center of daily life. There is a terrace for outdoor dining, gardens around the house, and a golf cart for getting around the resort.
Three bedrooms have a king bed, and nine have two queens each. All 12 have en-suite bathrooms. The high number of twin-queen rooms makes this layout practical for families with children or for corporate guests in separate beds.
