A gourmet kitchen with professional appliances, bar seating and a large island, opening onto comfortable living and dining spaces under soaring beamed ceilings. Retractable glass doors run the main living area straight out to the terrace. Smart TVs, Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout. The entry courtyard with its fountain keeps arrival separate from the living space, which is a small thing that makes the house feel larger than its footprint.

02 — Outdoor & Pool

An expansive terrace with a large heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a fire pit with seating around it, lounge chairs, a barbecue and an alfresco dining area, all oriented at panoramic golf and ocean views. The pool deck sits at the top of the house with the bedroom levels below, so the outdoor space is the social centre rather than something the bedrooms open onto.

03 — Bedrooms

Eight suites sleeping sixteen across nine bathrooms. Two main pool-level kings each have a private bathroom and terrace, one with a safe. Two levels down sits a flex room pairing a king with two double bunks, sharing a bathroom that has no shower or tub, which makes it a children’s room rather than an adult suite. Two further kings sit on the second level down, two more on the third, and a final king with its own terrace on the bottom level. Every suite except the bunk room has a private bathroom.
