Casa Kay is an eight-bedroom hacienda-style house near San Jose del Cabo, sleeping sixteen across nine bathrooms with panoramic golf and ocean views from the terrace. Guests arrive through a courtyard with a fountain into a light-filled main living space that opens to the terrace through retractable glass doors under soaring beamed ceilings. The bedrooms step down across three levels below the pool deck, which gives the house a natural hierarchy: the two main-level kings sit alongside the living space, while the lower suites are quieter and further from the noise. One of them pairs a king with two double bunks and is set up as a children’s room, sharing a bathroom without a shower, which is worth knowing before you allocate. The terrace carries a large heated pool, a jacuzzi and a fire pit with seating around it.

Two levels down sits a flex room pairing a king with two double bunks, sharing a bathroom that has no shower or tub, which makes it a children’s room rather than an adult suite. Two further kings sit on the second level down, two more on the third, and a final king with its own terrace on the bottom level. Every suite except the bunk room has a private bathroom.
