Casa Bella stands in Ranchos Estates, the beachfront residential area of the Punta Mita resort, with direct beach access and the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course within the resort. The house is laid out on a single level, which keeps the nine bedrooms and the living areas easy to move between, with a series of outdoor spaces around it.
Each bedroom has a private terrace with an ocean view and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Five rooms have a king bed, three have two double beds and one has a double, so the house suits big families and groups with children well. Groups made up only of couples should note that just five rooms have kings.
A private chef cooks daily, and a daily housekeeper, a butler and a concierge service are part of the stay. The kitchen is restaurant-style, with a wine refrigerator and plenty of counter space, and there is a separate wine cellar, a pizza oven, a grill and an ice maker for entertaining.
Outside there is a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a fire pit, a shaded pergola and areas for al fresco dining. Inside there is a home cinema or media room, an integrated sound system, streaming services, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
