Three bedrooms and eight guests makes this the smallest house we place on the island, and that is a feature rather than a shortfall. One family, or three or four couples, get a property that stays effortless — no logistics, no rota, no negotiating who gets which room. It is also single-level throughout, so there are no stairs anywhere.

Full-height windows face the water from the main living space, which opens to a private pool and terrace. Smart-home controls run lighting and house systems rather than a full staffing model. There is no direct beach access here — the water outlook and the pool are the draw, not a private stretch of sand, and we would rather be clear about that than let you assume.
