Villa Savana is a 15-bedroom villa on the hillside of Alta Vista, just above the historic centre of Puerto Vallarta. Built in classic Mexican style across some 18,000 square feet, it looks out over the Romantic Zone and the Bay of Banderas and sleeps up to 38 guests.

Five floors are linked by a funicular lift. The pool level has a heated pool with a waterfall, a hot tub and a poolside bar with a TV lounge. Higher up are a media lounge, an open-air dining room and a rooftop palapa bar.

The villa is rented to one group at a time, booked by the number of suites the group needs; suites not included in the booking stay locked. A personal concierge and full-service housekeeping come with the villa, and a private chef, bartender and spa treatments can be arranged.

The villa is on a hillside, not on the beach: the nearest beach is about 1.6 km away, and the rooftop is reached by stairs from the media lounge.

All fifteen suites have adjustable air conditioning, a ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, a locking safe and US-standard power outlets. Shared spaces include an entry foyer with the Savanarita bar, a media lounge with a large-screen TV, a meeting room, and a full-service kitchen with two wet bars.

Meals can be served on the patio, in the suites or in the open-air dining room overlooking the bay.

Children aged 12 and under must be with an adult in the pool and hot tub at all times.
