Terracotta and stone steps run from the terrace straight down to the sandy private Palmilla beach for swimming and shoreline walks. The sea view is unobstructed, which is not true of every Palmilla property at this elevation.

Six suites sleeping fourteen across 6.5 bathrooms, every room ensuite with a television. Three king suites, two with ocean views. A fourth holds two queen beds with an indoor-outdoor shower. A fifth is the Courtyard Suite with a king, and the sixth is the Ocean Front Suite, also a king. The two-queen room is the one that takes the house past twelve.
