Villa Paraiso is one of the few houses in Palmilla with terracotta and stone steps running from the terrace directly down onto the private Palmilla beach, which is a materially different proposition from an ocean view. Six bedrooms sleep fourteen across 6.5 bathrooms, all ensuite. The interior is Tuscan-inspired against bright Mexican architecture, with high ceilings, archways, marble floors and rich woods, and the living and dining rooms sit between the gourmet kitchen on one side and a separate entertainment and media area on the other, so a group can split without anyone shouting over anyone. Multi-level terraces carry an infinity-style pool, alfresco dining and a gas grill facing the water.
