Open, layered interiors

A spacious open-air living area, a separate indoor dining pavilion and a fully equipped kitchen. A 43-inch Smart TV with Netflix and local and international channels, JBL Bluetooth speakers, books and board games. High-speed wireless internet throughout the property. The eight bedrooms sit as separate structures across the grounds rather than along a corridor, so the villa reads as a small compound rather than a single house, which is what gives a group of sixteen genuine privacy. Baby cot and highchair are available at extra charge, and there is parking for two cars.

Five swimming pools across the grounds: a main pool, a suite pool serving the master, and three plunge pools attached to the private cottages. One pool has a shallow end for children. Extensive gardens surround an outdoor dining area, a spa and massage studio, and a yoga shala with mats available on request. Meditation spots and a relaxation area are set through the planting, and there is a dedicated children's play area within the grounds. The 10,000 sqm plot is landscaped throughout, which is what keeps the eight separate bedroom structures private from one another.
