Five suites sleeping fourteen across eight bathrooms. Every bedroom has a king bed, zoned air conditioning and its own view terrace. The primary carries an ocean view, terrace and shower ensuite. A second is a casita with a king, ocean view and terrace. One suite adds two king beds plus twin bunks, which is what takes the house to fourteen and makes it work for a family rather than five couples.
