A five-bedroom villa for up to fourteen guests in the Holistika enclave, five minutes from central Tulum. Five king suites, each en-suite with a bathtub and its own keyed entrance, and a third-level sky-pool with heated jacuzzi above the jungle canopy. Daily housekeeping Monday to Saturday and 24-hour private street security are included; a private chef, mixologist, in-villa massage, yoga and chauffeur transport can be arranged in advance.

The open-plan living floor holds an island kitchen with a five-burner gas stove, gas oven, dishwasher, ice maker and Nespresso machine, a breakfast bar, and a dining table seating fourteen. Double-pane glass doors open the whole floor onto the terrace. Starlink internet throughout, a sound system running over Bluetooth or WiFi, smart TV, purified drinking water, and a washer, dryer and garment steamer.

A sky-pool and heated jacuzzi occupy the third level, set above the canopy, alongside a barbecue terrace, chaise lounges and an outdoor shower. Street parking accommodates six or more vehicles.

Five bedrooms across five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Every bedroom is en-suite with a bathtub, a private keyed entrance, an independent duct inverter air-conditioning unit and double-pane doors for sound isolation. Linens are 660-thread-count cotton. Master Suite — 742 sq ft over two storeys, with a king bed below and an open-air bathtub, indoor shower and dual-vanity terrace above, open to the sky. Two individual floor mattresses with gel memory-foam toppers are kept in the suite. Bedroom 2 — king bed, garden and jungle outlook. Bedroom 3 — king bed, garden and jungle outlook. Bedroom 4 — king bed, garden and jungle outlook. Bedroom 5, the Corner Suite — king bed with a sofa bed that pulls out to a queen, plus its own street entrance and garden access. Fourteen counts two guests per king, two on the queen sofa bed and two on the master suite's floor mattresses; in proper beds the villa sleeps twelve.
