Villa LaGú is arranged over three levels, and the logic of the building is what makes it work for a group. The bedrooms occupy the lower floor, each sealed behind double-pane glass with its own keyed entrance and its own air conditioning unit. The shared living floor sits above them. The pool sits above that, on the roof, level with the jungle canopy.

The open-plan living floor holds an island kitchen with a five-burner gas stove, gas oven, dishwasher, ice maker and Nespresso machine, a breakfast bar, and a dining table seating fourteen. Double-pane glass doors open the whole floor onto the terrace. Starlink internet throughout, a sound system running over Bluetooth or WiFi, smart TV, purified drinking water, and a washer, dryer and garment steamer.
