Villa La Mansion is a six-bedroom oceanfront villa on the south side of Puerto Vallarta, set in landscaped grounds above the Bay of Banderas and less than 10 minutes from downtown. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and an ocean view, and the great room opens fully to the bay through retractable doors.

A property manager, daily housekeeping, and a chef and waiter who prepare and serve breakfast every morning come with the villa. Lunch, dinner, a bartender, airport transfers and other services can be added.

01 — Indoor Living

Open, layered interiors

The great room has fully retractable doors facing the ocean, with a Steinway grand piano, an indoor/outdoor stereo and a dining table for the group. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

Every bedroom has air conditioning, its own TV, an en-suite bathroom and an ocean view. There is high-speed wifi in all rooms, Amazon Firestick TV, free long-distance calls, a purified water system, a fitness room, washer and dryer, and a security system.

02 — Outdoor & Pool

Designed for the day outside

A large heated saltwater infinity pool sits in the landscaped grounds with the bay beyond, beside a hot tub, an outdoor grill, outdoor furniture, and beach chairs and towels.

The villa has a private man-made sand beach area, but it has no access to the water: guests swim in the pool, not the sea. Parking is a two-car garage plus room for eight cars in the driveway.

Six bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and an ocean view, with 10 beds in total: 2 king, 7 queen and 1 double sofa bed.
