The property accommodates up to 22 guests with an infinity pool, ocean-view terraces, expansive interiors, and modern architecture. It is suited for large groups that need privacy and scale within Los Cabos.
An expansive open-plan layout linking the living and dining spaces, positioned so the hillside setting keeps the Pacific in view across the main level. A gourmet kitchen and a large indoor dining area give a group of twenty-two somewhere to eat together without moving outside, which matters more than it sounds in a house where most of the life happens on the terrace.
The terrace runs to an infinity-edge pool that appears to meet the ocean horizon, with sun loungers along it and an alfresco dining area sized for the group. The orientation is west, so this is the sunset side of the house. Between the pool deck and the shaded dining space there is enough separation that a group can split between swimming and eating without one interrupting the other.
Ten suites sleeping twenty-two across 10.5 bathrooms. Nine have an ocean view, a private terrace and a private bathroom. Two primary suites carry kings, one with a television.
