Villa Delfines is a seven-bedroom beachfront house in the Villa del Mar enclave of Cabo Real, sleeping eighteen across 7.5 bathrooms. The main pool has a swim-up bar and looks straight out at the Sea of Cortez, with a beachfront fire pit below it and an upstairs terrace wet bar above, so the house gives you three distinct places to drink depending on the hour. Three of the seven suites carry two queen beds, which is what pushes the capacity to eighteen and makes it work for families rather than only couples. Inside there is a pool table and a well-equipped gourmet kitchen. Cabo Real is a 2,800-acre gated community built around the Robert Trent Jones II championship course, so golf is on the doorstep and both towns are a short drive. The villa can also be booked together with neighbouring Casa Manta as a twelve-bedroom estate.

The main floor holds a king with ocean-view balcony, a two-queen suite with ocean-view balcony, and a further two-queen suite. The lower level adds a king and another two-queen room. Every suite has a private bathroom.
