An ocean-view great room opens through wide pocket doors onto the pool deck. The kitchen is built around professional equipment, Sub-Zero refrigeration and Wolf cooking, with a large island for seating and a hand-carved dining table seating about ten. All six bedrooms are ensuite with ocean views, travertine floors and walk-in closets. The layout keeps the sleeping wing clear of the entertaining space, which matters in a house that regularly takes two families at once.

A 45-foot infinity-edge pool with a swim-up palapa bar fitted with its own fridge and ice maker. A heated jacuzzi seating ten, a fire pit, an outdoor shower, and an oceanfront terrace with custom loungers. The outdoor granite kitchen carries a wood-fired Santa Maria grill alongside a Wolf gas barbecue. All of it opens onto a wide sand beach where the water is calm enough for swimming, kayaking and small children, which is not true of most beaches closer to Cabo San Lucas.

Six ensuite bedrooms sleeping sixteen, with 6.5 bathrooms. Four primary suites, all king beds with baths with tubs: two oceanfront with private entries, one of which takes a porta crib, and two upstairs opening onto large decks. Suite five has two double beds, a walk-in closet and a shower bath. Suite six has two double beds plus a queen sofa bed, a walk-in closet and a shower bath. Every room has an ocean view.
