Villa Akatsuki is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom beachfront villa on the shore at Lipa Noi, Koh Samui. Its layout sleeps up to 17 guests.

Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Three family suites each sleep up to four people, and three further guest bedrooms take the rest of the group, which is how the villa reaches 17.

The open-plan living areas are built in local stone and teak, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a media room and several lounging areas. There is also a fitness room and a yoga room. Terraces lead to the private infinity pool, which overlooks the beach, with shaded lounges, a beachfront cabana, gardens and outdoor dining. Air conditioning, wifi, parking, housekeeping and concierge support are provided.

The three family suites make it well suited to multi-generational families and large groups.
