Penthouse Vista Encanto

Penthouse Vista Encanto is a recently remodeled top-floor residence in El Encanto, one of the gated condominium sections of Punta Mita. The views run over the golf course to the Pacific, and because the unit has no neighbors on one side, it feels more private than most condos in the resort.

Three bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom and an ocean view, and each opens to seating on the terrace, either on the covered section or the sunny side. It sleeps up to eight guests. The managers do not publish the bed type in each room, so we confirm the setup if you need kings for three couples or twins for children.

The terrace is the main living space, with a heated plunge pool, a grill and seating areas in sun and shade. Inside, the living and dining areas open to the terrace. A golf cart is included for getting around Punta Mita, and a private chef can be arranged on request.

As a condo inside the resort, the penthouse gives you access to the Punta Mita community and its beach clubs, though it is not on the sand itself. Beach club and golf access depend on Punta Mita’s rules for rental guests, and we confirm what applies for your dates. Concierge services are available through the manager.

Points to weigh: the plunge pool is for cooling off, not swimming, and the unit is on multiple levels, so expect stairs within the penthouse. For a family or two couples who want a private terrace and ocean views at a lower price than a villa, it is a sensible choice.
