Upper level. Bedroom 4: full bed and an office desk; its bathroom (walk-in shower) is next door, not en-suite. Bedroom 8: a one-bedroom suite with a queen bed, closet and its own full kitchen, opening off the main kitchen.
Main level. Bedroom 5: queen bed. Bedroom 6: queen bed with patio access to the hot tub. Bedrooms 5 and 6 share a bathroom with a walk-in shower between them.
Lower level. Bedroom 7: two queen bunk beds plus a queen Murphy bed, with a full bathroom on this level.
