Mariposa’s interiors, designed by Deborah Wecselman within an estate conceived by Leroy Street Studios, center on open-plan living spaces that flow toward the terraces and pool. The estate includes a fully equipped kitchen, an office, and living areas fitted with a TV, cable, DVD player, and media docking station, alongside high-speed internet throughout. Eleven ensuite, air-conditioned guest rooms offer a mix of king, queen, and twin bed configurations across the property.

Outdoor living at Mariposa centers on a heated infinity pool overlooking the sea, framed by sun loungers and shaded lounge areas. The 10-acre grounds include a croquet court, a basketball half-court, a nine-hole putting green, a turtle pond, and a firepit, along with an alfresco dining area and bicycles for exploring the island. Direct beach access and a private dock put the water only steps from the estate.
