Mariposa is an eleven-bedroom private estate on the eastern end of Jumby Bay Island, Antigua, set across 10 acres of tropical grounds with views of Buckley Bay. The estate spans approximately 15,000 sq ft and accommodates up to 22 guests, with direct beach access and a private dock. A heated infinity pool overlooks the sea, and the estate is staffed with a private chef, butler, housekeeper, house manager, gardener, and concierge. Interiors were designed by Leroy Street Studios (architecture) and Deborah Wecselman (interiors).

Mariposa’s interiors, designed by Deborah Wecselman within an estate conceived by Leroy Street Studios, center on open-plan living spaces that flow toward the terraces and pool. The estate includes a fully equipped kitchen, an office, and living areas fitted with a TV, cable, DVD player, and media docking station, alongside high-speed internet throughout. Eleven ensuite, air-conditioned guest rooms offer a mix of king, queen, and twin bed configurations across the property.

Outdoor living at Mariposa centers on a heated infinity pool overlooking the sea, framed by sun loungers and shaded lounge areas. The 10-acre grounds include a croquet court, a basketball half-court, a nine-hole putting green, a turtle pond, and a firepit, along with an alfresco dining area and bicycles for exploring the island. Direct beach access and a private dock put the water only steps from the estate.
