Kevali sits on the beach in Soliman Bay, a private gated community with security just north of Tulum, where a natural reef shelters the water in front of the house. The setting is quiet and residential, with views of both sunrise and sunset, and Tulum’s restaurants and boutiques are a short drive away. Kayaks and paddleboards come with the villa.
Six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms sleep up to 14 over two floors, with the sixth bedroom in a detached casita. The master has a king bed plus a small sofa bed for a child, bedrooms two, three and six each have a king, bedroom four has two queens, and bedroom five has a single bed plus single bunk beds, which is the kids’ room. The detached casita gives a couple or older teenagers some privacy, though it means a short walk outside at night.
Daily chef service runs from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Groceries are billed separately, plus a flat US$140 provisioning fee per booking. Daily housekeeping and concierge support before and during the stay are included, and parking is free on site.
