The main living and dining room is the social hub — a fireplace, Mont Blanc views, a large corner sofa and a sunken cocktail area just below it. The kitchen and breakfast room has an AGA stove, a large island, and its own balcony access. A Sky TV/BOSE home cinema setup and private parking round out the confirmed amenities.
