The main living space

The top floor holds an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space beneath floor-to-ceiling windows, plus a guest restroom and the chalet’s private wellness area — a large indoor hot tub and hammam. The second floor has a TV and playroom alongside two of the five bedrooms, and a separate cinema and games room. Three further bedrooms sit on the first floor. The ground floor holds a professional kitchen, a laundry room, and a communal lounge with a bar area, alongside a shared gym.

Balconies run off the top-floor living space and four of the five bedrooms. The chalet is about 2 minutes’ walk from Zermatt’s village centre and 1 minute from the ski lifts, with the Sunnegga funicular also close by. Zermatt is car-free, so guests typically arrive via the shuttle train from Täsch; Sion airport is roughly 90 minutes away by car.
